Shotblasting machines for gas cylinders
These units are designed for the automatic blasting of the external surface of new or used gas cylinders.
- Perfect blasting of the whole surface included the two extremities
- Set of rubber curtains to avoid shot losses
- Equipped with 2 ÷ 4 centrifugal turbines.
- Turbine power from 4 to 22 Kw.
- Shot recovery system without or with limited foundation
- PLC and touch screen for cycle control
- Optional: turbines inverter
TYPES OF INSTALLATIONS
Horizontal passage system:
Centrifugal turbines are installed on cabin roof and gas cylinders are placed on a special motorised roller conveyor, at adjustable speed, which provides to the contemporary longitudinal movement and rotation of gas bottles during the blast phase.
The line consists in :
- Entry loading motorised roller conveyor
- Exit unloading motorised roller conveyor
- Automatic loader at entry side
- Automatic off-loader at exit side
Vertical passage system:
Centrifugal turbines are installed on the cabin side wall and gas cylinders are hanged on a motorised overhead conveyor closed loop type and they rotate during blast phase.
