EUROSIMPLA

“EUROSIMPLA” are designed for blasting of hanged workpieces, medium and large sizes (2÷30 tons).

These units are very versatile and suitable for blasting of several kind of workpieces and are available in standard versions as well as special ones according to particular customer requirements.

Combined hook rotation and longitudinal movement in various stations assure a perfect blast result.

GR

“GR” shotblasting units are designed for a continuous work , with automatic sequence, entry-exit doors and workpieces hanged on an overhead motorised conveyor .

The clusters are automatically moved on the conveyor at a constant pitch. Clusters rotation and double blast station inside the cabin allow a perfect cleaning of workpieces surface.

Turbines are placed only on one side.
Equipped with 2 or more centrifugal turbines.
Turbine power from 7,5 to 30 Kw.
Shot recovery system without pit or with limited foundation.
PLC and touch screen for cycle control .
Optional: turbines inverter .

SIMPLETTA AND EUROSIMPLETTA
